Challenging contracts has been accomplished successfully related to the implementation of an Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) in Port Varna according ISO 27001: 2017 standard and conducting cyber audit. The cyber specialists and auditors of IMS lead the entire process from the GAP analysis, development and inclusion of the ISMS documentation in the Integrated Management System of the organization, through IT infrastructure pen-tests and the training of the Port Management staff in cybersecurity awareness and cyber hygiene.
